PayPal Payments
PayPal is the right choice when you want to pay by credit card, need an itemized receipt in your inbox the moment it clears, or are settling an invoice from outside normal banking hours. You do not need a PayPal account to pay a PayPal invoice by card.
Why PayPal
Zelle is our default recommendation, but there are several situations where PayPal is genuinely the smarter way to pay us.
The first is cards. Plenty of businesses run operating expenses through a credit card on purpose, for the float, for the points, or simply because the card statement is how their bookkeeper categorizes spend. PayPal handles Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover cleanly, and the charge lands on the statement where your accounting process already expects it. The amount you owe is identical either way; we do not add a surcharge for choosing a card.
This trips people up constantly. If we send you a PayPal invoice, you can pay it with a debit or credit card as a guest. There is a card option on the payment page that does not require signing up or logging in. You enter the card, it clears, and the receipt is emailed to you. No new account, no password to store, no ongoing relationship with a service you did not want.
If you already have a PayPal account, everything is simpler still: log in, confirm, done, and the payment sits in your PayPal activity history alongside everything else for the year.
PayPal issues a transaction receipt the instant a payment clears, with the amount, the date and the transaction ID. Paired with our invoice, that is a complete and defensible record for your books. For businesses that reimburse an owner or a manager for IT spend, the emailed receipt usually shortens that process to forwarding one message.
For recurring managed billing, most clients eventually move to ACH bank transfer, because a flat monthly amount is better suited to a bank rail than to a card that expires every three years and quietly breaks the payment when it does. But there is no requirement to switch, and card-based monthly billing works fine if that is your preference.
One important note on how to reach the payment page. Ask us for a PayPal invoice and we will issue it to your billing email address directly from our account. That is the safe path. We do not publish a PayPal handle on this website, because published payment identifiers are routinely spoofed by people setting up lookalike accounts and lookalike domains to catch a fraction of a vendor's inbound payments. If you are ever unsure whether a payment request from us is genuine, call (602) 677-0779 before you send anything. You can check whether anyone has registered a domain that impersonates your own business with our free lookalike domain checker.
The other accepted methods, Zelle, ACH and business check, are on our payments page, along with invoice timing and how monthly managed billing works. For questions about how a price was arrived at in the first place, see estimates and approvals.
Request a PayPal invoice and we will send it from our account to your billing email. If a payment request looks unexpected, verify it by phone at (602) 677-0779 first.
How To Pay
Reply to your invoice or call us and say you would like to pay through PayPal. We issue it from our account to your billing address.
It comes from PayPal with our business name on it and the amount matching the invoice we sent you. Check that the total matches before continuing.
Log in if you have an account, or select the guest card option. Debit and major credit cards both work without signing up for anything.
PayPal emails a receipt with a transaction ID as soon as it clears. Save it with our invoice and your records are complete.
Add the business name and invoice number in the payment note so it is applied to the right account.
Good To Know
We do not pass processing costs to you as a surcharge. Whether you pay by Zelle, card, ACH or PayPal, the invoice amount is what you owe.
Look for the pay by debit or credit card link on the payment page. It does not require creating an account, and it does not sign you up for anything.
PayPal invoices we issue are already linked to your account, but if you send a payment separately, the invoice number in the note is what keeps it applied correctly.
If your PayPal account is under a personal name, include your company name in the note so our records and yours reconcile without a phone call.
If you use a card for monthly managed billing, update it before it expires. A silently declined renewal is an avoidable annoyance for both of us.
A payment request you were not expecting is worth thirty seconds on the phone. Call (602) 677-0779 and we will confirm whether it came from us.
No. PayPal invoices include a guest checkout option that lets you pay with a debit or credit card without creating an account or logging in. You enter the card details, the payment clears, and a receipt is emailed to you.
We do not publish it on the website. Ask us for a PayPal invoice and we will issue it directly from our account to your billing email, which is both easier and safer than sending to a handle you found online. Call (602) 677-0779 if you need it confirmed.
Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover are all accepted through PayPal, as debit or credit. If a card is declined it is almost always the issuing bank's fraud check on a new merchant, and a quick call to your bank clears it.
No. The invoice total is the same across every accepted method. We prefer Zelle because it costs neither side a processing fee, but we do not penalize you for using a card or PayPal.
Card and PayPal balance payments are effectively immediate, and you get a receipt right away. Payments funded from a linked bank account inside PayPal can take a few business days to fully settle, which is worth knowing if you are paying against a deadline.
Yes. Most managed clients eventually prefer ACH for a recurring flat monthly amount, mainly because bank details do not expire the way cards do, but PayPal works if that suits your process better.
PayPal sends a transaction receipt with the amount, date and transaction ID immediately. Our own invoice carries the itemized detail of parts and labor, and the two together are a complete record for bookkeeping or tax purposes.
Refunds are processed back through the original payment method. Tell us what happened and we will resolve it directly rather than sending you into a dispute process. Billing questions go to the same team that did the work.
