Open your bank app
Most major US banks and credit unions have Zelle built into their mobile app and online banking, usually under Send Money, Transfers or Pay People.
Zelle Payments
Zelle is the method we recommend for most invoices. It moves money directly between US bank accounts, usually within minutes, and it carries no processing fee for either side. If your bank supports it, this is the least friction of any option we offer.
How To Send
Most major US banks and credit unions have Zelle built into their mobile app and online banking, usually under Send Money, Transfers or Pay People.
Our Zelle recipient details are printed on every invoice we send. We do not publish them on this page, take them from your invoice, or call us to confirm.
Send the exact invoice total and put the invoice number in the memo or note field. That one field is what lets us apply your payment automatically.
Your bank issues a confirmation number. Keep it with the invoice. We will also confirm receipt from our side on the next business day at the latest.
Send a small test amount first if you prefer. Plenty of clients do, and we are happy to confirm it landed before you send the balance.
Why We Like It
This is not about convenience for us. It is about a payment rail that costs neither side anything and settles before you have closed the app.
Zelle moves money directly between US bank accounts through the banks themselves rather than through a payment processor. There is no card network in the middle taking a percentage, which means there is no processing fee on either end. For a small family-owned business, that difference across a year is real money that stays in the business rather than going to interchange, and it is one of the reasons we can keep our pricing where it is.
Most Zelle transfers between enrolled US accounts complete within minutes. That matters more than it sounds. When a client is releasing equipment from a repair, closing out a project, or settling a month before their fiscal close, a payment that clears the same afternoon removes a whole category of follow-up email from both calendars.
It is worth knowing the flip side: because Zelle is effectively a bank transfer rather than a card charge, it is fast and generally final. There is no chargeback mechanism in the way there is with a credit card. That is why we ask you to send only to details taken from an invoice we issued, and why we would rather you call us than trust an email if anything looks unusual.
This is the single most useful thing you can do. Zelle payments arrive with a name attached, and names do not always match the client record, a payment from a personal account, a spouse's account or an owner's name rather than the company name is extremely common. Without the invoice number we have to email you to ask what the payment was for, which wastes your time and ours.
A note on security, because we deal with the aftermath of this for clients regularly. Payment redirection fraud, where an attacker compromises an email account and sends a fake invoice or a fake notice that banking details have changed, is one of the most common ways small businesses lose money. Our Zelle details do not change quietly. If you ever receive an email claiming they have, do not act on it. Call (602) 677-0779 and verify by voice. That habit protects you with every vendor you pay, not just us. Our cyber security work covers the email authentication and training side of this, and you can check your own domain's email posture with our free email header checker and email security check.
If Zelle is not a fit, some banks cap daily transfer amounts, and larger project invoices can exceed those limits, that is not a problem. PayPal, major credit cards, ACH and business checks are all accepted, and the full list is on our payments page.
They appear on the invoice we send you. If you need them confirmed, call (602) 677-0779 and ask, never take payment details from an unexpected email.
Before You Send
Most major US banks and many credit unions have it built in. A few smaller institutions require the standalone Zelle app instead.
Banks set their own Zelle limits, and a larger project invoice can exceed them. If yours does, either split it across days or use ACH instead.
Not from an email, not from a text, not from a search result. The invoice we issued is the source of truth, and a phone call to us is the backup.
Exact totals reconcile automatically. Rounded amounts create a small balance or credit that someone then has to chase.
In the memo field. Payments without one still reach us, but they sit unapplied until we can identify them, which usually means an email to you.
Your bank's confirmation number, along with our invoice, is a complete payment record for your books.
Our recipient details are printed on the invoice we send you. We deliberately do not publish them on the website, because published payment handles get spoofed. If you cannot locate your invoice, call (602) 677-0779 or use the contact form on this page and we will confirm the details with you directly.
No. Zelle moves money between US bank accounts without a processing fee on either side, which is exactly why we prefer it. Your bank does not charge you and we are not charged a percentage, so the invoice total is the total.
Usually within minutes when both accounts are already enrolled with Zelle. First-time transfers to a new recipient can take a little longer while your bank completes its own verification, but same-day is the norm.
The invoice number, exactly as it appears on the invoice. If the account you are sending from has a different name than your business, add the business name too. That combination lets us apply the payment without contacting you.
Yes. We reconcile payments on business days and confirm receipt by email. If you need a same-day confirmation for your own records, call us after sending and we will check while you are on the phone.
Yes. Many owners of small businesses do exactly that. Just add your business name alongside the invoice number in the memo so both sets of records line up cleanly.
That is common on larger project invoices. You can split the payment across two days, or switch to ACH bank transfer, which handles larger amounts comfortably. Tell us which you prefer and we will note it on the invoice.
Assume it is not. Payment redirection fraud is one of the most common attacks on small businesses. Do not act on any emailed change of payment details from any vendor without verifying by phone. Call us at (602) 677-0779 and we will confirm in seconds.
