Focus Areas

The work Denver businesses bring us

Energy and environmental services, aerospace and satellite firms, construction, healthcare, cannabis operations and a broad professional base.

Energy

Field and office systems

Reliable remote access for crews and field offices, redundant connectivity where downtime is expensive, and data handling for survey and engineering files that outgrow a normal share.

Aerospace

Controlled data and access

For the satellite and defense supply chain along the front range: NIST 800-171 technical controls, scoped access, encryption, logging and documented procedure prepared for prime review.

Construction

Trailers, sites and drawings

Site connectivity that survives a jobsite, controlled access to plans and revisions, mobile device management for field staff, and a help desk that answers from a trailer.

Healthcare

HIPAA technical safeguards

Encryption, unique user IDs, audit controls, automatic logoff, secure messaging and restore-tested backups, documented so your risk assessment references something real.

Regulated Retail

Track-and-trace reliability

For cannabis and other tightly regulated operators: uptime for compliance and seed-to-sale systems, segmented point-of-sale networks, camera and access system isolation, and audit-ready logging.

Cloud

Microsoft 365 and Azure

Tenant hardening, conditional access, licensing right-sizing, SharePoint structure and third-party backup for cloud data that is not retained for you by default.

Denver, CO

A near neighbour without the drive

Of every metro we serve remotely, Denver has the easiest working relationship, because for half the year we are on exactly the same clock.

Arizona does not observe daylight saving. From early November to mid-March, Denver and Gilbert run identical hours: your nine is our nine, your end of day is ours. From mid-March to early November, when Colorado springs forward, we sit one hour behind you, which simply means our desk is still working for an hour after yours closes. There is no mental arithmetic in either direction and no risk of a maintenance window landing at the wrong time. For a business that has been burned by a provider three or four zones away, this alone changes the experience.

The Denver economy gives us a wide mix. Energy and environmental services, with field operations and large technical datasets. Aerospace, satellite and defense work along the front range, where prime contractors push real security requirements down to small suppliers. Construction and engineering, which need connectivity at sites that did not exist last month and controlled access to drawings that change weekly. Healthcare across the metro. Regulated retail with its own uptime and audit obligations. And the broad professional base in the Tech Center, downtown and the northwest corridor.

The common request is the same one we hear everywhere but more urgently in a market with genuine competition for technical staff: make it predictable. Flat monthly per-user pricing, one team who knows the environment, monitoring that catches things before staff report them, and a security baseline that does not require the owner to become an expert. That is Pod Care and Pod Guard, delivered entirely through remote sessions.

We should still be clear that we are an Arizona company with no Denver office and no staff in Colorado. Being one time zone away does not put a technician in your building. When something physical is required, a failed drive, a switch install, cable at a jobsite, we arrange a vetted local technician for that task with your consent, direct the work live and handle the configuration ourselves. Regional neighbours are served the same way in Las Vegas, Oklahoma City and Seattle.

No time zone excuses

Maintenance windows, cutovers and change approvals all happen in Mountain time. In winter that is our clock too, which removes an entire category of scheduling mistakes.

How It Works

Remote support with almost no friction

01

Call your pod

The same engineers every time, working the same or nearly the same hours as you, so there is no waiting for a queue in another region to wake up.

02

Approve the session

One-time link for attended fixes, approved agents on servers and always-on machines for unattended work. Nothing connects without your say-so.

03

Watch and stop it any time

Encrypted outbound connections, visible on your screen, endable with a single click. Every session is logged and available to you.

04

Review it quarterly

Surface Check meetings cover what broke, what it cost, what is aging out and what next year needs, so IT budget stops being a surprise.

Same clock in winter, one hour behind in summer.

Arizona skips daylight saving. That means identical hours from November to March and an extra hour of coverage after your close the rest of the year.

Denver remote IT support questions

You are only one state away. Can you come onsite?

Not routinely, no. Our onsite service area is the Phoenix metro, and driving to Denver is not a service we offer. For physical work we arrange a vetted local technician for that specific task, with your approval, while our engineers direct the visit and do the configuration.

How exactly does the time zone work?

Arizona stays on Mountain Standard Time year-round. Denver observes daylight saving, so from November to March we are on identical clocks and from March to November we are one hour behind you. Either way there is full overlap and no confusion about when a maintenance window starts.

Can you support field offices and jobsites?

Yes. Site connectivity, cellular failover, secure remote access, managed laptops and mobile devices, and controlled access to plans and documents. What we cannot do is install the equipment at a new site, which is arranged locally to our specification.

We are a supplier to an aerospace prime. Can you meet their requirements?

We implement and document the technical controls they are asking about: access control, MFA, encryption, audit logging, configuration management and media handling. We prepare the evidence for review. We do not act as an assessor or issue certifications, and any provider claiming otherwise should be questioned.

Do you handle compliance and track-and-trace systems for regulated retail?

We handle the infrastructure they depend on: uptime, connectivity, segmented networks, isolated camera and access control systems, endpoint protection and retained logging. We work alongside your compliance software vendor rather than replacing them.

What is included in the flat monthly cost?

Monitoring and patching, help desk, security tooling, backup management, vendor coordination and regular reviews, priced per user with no long-term contract required. Projects such as a network rebuild or an office move are quoted separately so the monthly number stays honest.

Mountain time, both of us, most of the year.
