Durham remote IT questions

Our instrument vendor forbids patching the control PC. How do you handle that?

We treat it as a network design problem rather than a patching problem. The machine goes on a restricted VLAN with no direct internet access and narrow rules about what can talk to it, we monitor that boundary, and data is exported to protected storage through a controlled path. Any change to the machine itself is coordinated with the vendor.

Can you support us through investor or customer diligence?

Yes. We maintain written summaries of your technical controls and keep them current, so a diligence request is answered from existing documentation. Where a control is missing we tell you plainly what it takes to add it and roughly what it costs.

How much research data can you realistically back up?
