No. Isolation solves most of it. We move the machine onto its own network segment with no general internet route, permit only the traffic it genuinely requires, take a full disk image so it can be rebuilt in a couple of hours, and make sure it holds no company credentials. The vendor's software stays untouched and the risk becomes contained.
Usually. Wireless controllers record roaming events, signal levels and channel utilisation, which tells us whether the problem is interference, power settings, roaming thresholds or a VLAN issue. Those are all remote fixes. If you are genuinely short on coverage, we specify the exact hardware and mounting locations for a local installer.
Whenever your operations lead says it is safe, not at a default hour. We agree windows around your actual shifts, roll updates out in stages so a bad patch cannot take the whole plant, and confirm afterwards that production systems came back cleanly.
The plan is to restore, not to negotiate.
